Relationships aren’t about finding the perfect partner.
They’re about learning how to understand one another. Every relationship develops patterns. Sometimes those patterns bring us closer, and sometimes they leave us feeling unheard, disconnected, or stuck in the same conversations.
Relationship therapy isn’t about deciding who is right.
It’s about slowing things down enough that each person can understand what is happening beneath the conflict.
A Place To
Find Each Other Again
Every relationship brings together different experiences, needs, and ways of moving through the world. Together, we’ll slow things down with curiosity, understand the patterns that keep showing up, and create space for more honest communication, deeper connection, and relationships that feel aligned with who you are. Whether you’re partners or part of a polycule, therapy is a place to explore what works best for your relationship

01
Understanding the Relationship
We’ll begin by getting to know your relationship as a whole, what brought you to therapy, what feels strong, what feels stuck, and what you hope to build together.
02
Making Space for Every Voice
Although we work with the relationship as a unit, I make space for each person to share their individual experience, needs, and perspective without losing sight of how everyone is connected.
03
Creating New Ways of Relating
Together, we’ll identify the patterns showing up between you and practice more honest, intentional ways of communicating, repairing, and staying connected.
