Child and Family Therapy

Is Play Therapy right for you?

Children don’t always have the words to tell us what’s happening inside. Instead, they show us through play, art, movement, imagination, and connection.

Play therapy gives children a space where they don’t have to explain themselves perfectly to be understood. It allows them to process difficult experiences, explore big emotions, and build confidence at a pace that feels safe for them.

Your child doesn’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes children simply need one caring adult outside of their everyday world who is fully present, curious, and willing to meet them where they are.
